Please note that your request will be processed within 1-2 business days

Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete the Registration and Payment. For Medical Imaging (e.g. MRI) we request you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment.
Arriving late for your appointment may result in your appointment being rescheduled
Your original Qatar Identification Card (Passport for International Visitors)
Your Debit/Credit Card (Amex not supported), Aspetar does not accept Cash payments
Patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
Copies of any medical reports, Xrays or any other document relevant to your medical history
An up-to-date list of all prescription and over the counter medications you are currently taking, as well as any natural/herbal remedies
Wear or bring shoes that you use frequently for sport and daily activity to your appointment.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before the expected date. Failure to notify us that you will not be attending can cause inconvenience for other patients and may result in financial implications to you in some cases.
Covid-19 precautionary measures stipulate only one person is permitted to accompany you to your appointment. The wearing of a face-mask as well as a “Green” Etheraz application status is a mandatory requirement to enter our facility.
