It is with great pleasure that we invite you to attend the Healthcare Coaching workshop on 12–13 September 2026.

This CPD activity provides a comprehensive exploration of how coaching can transform healthcare environments by enhancing leadership, improving patient outcomes, and supporting professional development. It is an interactive training where participants will delve into strategies for building effective teams, facilitating organizational change, and fostering emotional intelligence. Additionally, the course addresses the critical aspects of ethical decision-making and burnout reduction as well as equipping healthcare practitioners with the innovative skills needed to lead in their fields.

Overall Learning Objectives:

On completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Define the ICF Core Competencies and their role in establishing effective healthcare coaching relationships.
  2. Discuss the principles of effective communication and powerful questioning techniques in healthcare coaching.
  3. Apply goal setting and accountability strategies to design and implement coaching actions in healthcare settings.
  4. Analyze methods for managing progress and accountability to ensure successful coaching outcomes in healthcare.
  5. Create a comprehensive healthcare coaching plan that incorporates ICF Core Competencies and addresses specific coaching needs.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of different coaching strategies and actions in improving healthcare outcomes and managing coaching relationships.
  7. Develop a personal reflection and growth plan to enhance skills and effectiveness as a healthcare coach, based on the course learnings.
