PHCC signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Aspetar, a specialized orthopedic and sports medicine hospital for a Primary Care Sports Medicine partnership, advancing both parties’ commitment to education and excellence in clinical services.

The PHCC-Aspetar MoU strengthens the Primary Care Sports Medicine education partnership between the two institutions and emphasises the considerable potential for authentic collaboration. It would provide a unique opportunity for PHCC Family Physicians to receive clinical training in a world class institution such as Aspetar—specialising in an integrated sports medicine service delivery. This ensures a legacy in Qatar of highly qualified Primary Care Sports Medicine physicians.
