Pain Interventions & Neuromodulation Consultant

Dr. Yasin Almakadma is a highly specialised Consultant in Interventional Pain Medicine and Neuromodulation. His expertise lies in managing complex pain conditions, particularly those arising from damaged nervous tissue or post-traumatic and post-surgical injuries. His focus is on the spine, addressing conditions like pain caused by intervertebral disc diseases, nerve compressions, and post-spinal surgery syndromes.

He is also particularly interested in Complex Regional Pain Syndromes. Dr. Yasin uses minimally invasive interventions, ranging from simple procedures to advanced treatments like peripheral nerve and spinal cord implants, epiduroscopy for nerve root release, Nucleoplasty by RF Plasma and QMR, as well as annuloplasty by bicuplasty. He also performs advanced techniques in neuromodulation and neural ablation through invasive and non-invasive radiofrequency techniques for peripheral nerves.
