Sean Mc Crudden is a Nursing Supervisor and Education Coordinator working in Aspetar since 2012. Sean has over 23 years of clinical nursing practice, with extensive clinical experience in Accident & Emergency, Prison Healthcare, and Sports Medicine Nursing. Sean is a strong advocate of continuous professional development and coordinates accredited education workshops, journal clubs and lecture series for the Aspetar Nursing Team. Sean recently completed his MBA in Healthcare Management at Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland, which he is confident will enhance his personal and professional development.
Sean is a member of the Aspetar Sports Event Taskforce which has responsibility for planning, developing and implementing medical services for sporting events, including FIFA World Cup 2022, AFC Asian Cup U23, World Aquatics 2024 & the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024. This role affords Sean the opportunity to combine his passion for sports, with his interest in healthcare management and dedication to maximizing patient experience.
