Aspetar cordially invites representatives of local and international media organizations to cover the upcoming Aspetar World Sports Medicine Conference, held at Aspire Dome from 9–11 October 2025.

Media accreditation is now open. Journalists wishing to attend and cover the event are requested to complete the registration form below and send it to: media@aspetar.com.

Please note that the deadline to submit accreditation applications is Tuesday, 30 September 2025. Early registration will be given priority.

Accredited media passes will be distributed on-site at the opening day of the conference, Thursday, 9 October 2025, starting from 8:00 AM. A fully equipped media center will be available at the venue to support your coverage.
