Aspetar Academic Writing Journal Club 2024/2025

It is with a great pleasure that we invite you to attend the ‘Aspetar Academic Writing Journal Club.’ A unique online learning experience, including a total of 8 journal clubs.

Starting May 29, 2024 you will be able to actively learn from Aspetar experts, sharing their knowledge on academic writing. The sessions will cover a wide range of topics to improve your academic writing practice, including a series of grammar pearls designed to help you produce stronger memorable research manuscripts.

 

Overall learning objectives: 

  1. Critically appraise publications on academic writing   
  2. Apply academic writing knowledge and skills to their own writing  
  3. Discuss some of the principles of high-quality academic writing 
  4. Collaborate with peers on skillful academic writing

Live sessions via Microsoft Teams.

Cost:

QAR 50 for 6 sessions (Must register for all 6 sessions, no option to register for single sessions) - Free for AZF employees by registering using your work email address

Physicians, Allied Healthcare Practitioners, Nurses, Dentists, Pharmacists, Others (researchers and sport scientists)
