We are excited to offer a series of four comprehensive soft skills courses, accredited by the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), designed for both internal and external participants.
The series of four comprehensive soft skills courses focused on essential competencies which are vital for enhancing professional interactions within healthcare environments.
Participants will have the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge needed to effectively lead teams, enhance patient care, and drive innovation in the medical field demonstrating their commitment to lifelong learning and professional excellence.
Additionally, the courses provide an excellent opportunity to earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points, underscoring your commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
Whether you're looking to refine your existing skills or develop new ones, these courses will help you stay at the forefront of healthcare excellence.
Healthcare Leadership Course
This Healthcare Leadership course is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively lead and manage teams, enhance patient care, and drive innovation in the sports medicine field. During this interactive activity, attendees will have an opportunity to learn by doing; they will participate in Q&A sessions, analyse problem-solving scenarios, and experience real-life decision-making. The attendees will acquire leadership skills using the MBTI software and will learn how to create a leadership development plan.

Healthcare Coaching
This Healthcare coaching course provides a comprehensive exploration of how coaching can transform healthcare environments by enhancing leadership, improving patient outcomes, and supporting professional development. It is an interactive training where Participants will delve into strategies for building effective teams, facilitating organizational change, and fostering emotional intelligence. Additionally, the course addresses the critical aspects of ethical decision-making and burnout reduction, equipping healthcare professionals with the skills needed to lead and innovate in their fields.

Conflict Management in Healthcare
Participants will gain advanced conflict management skills for effective interprofessional collaboration in healthcare. They will explore conflict sources, learn communication strategies, and develop tailored conflict management plans. Through structured role plays, they will practice these skills in realistic scenarios, enhancing experiential learning and receiving constructive feedback.
